41300 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using the 41300 platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all users of the 41300 platform.
Acceptance of Terms
Section 1By accessing the 41300 website, downloading the mobile application, registering an account, or using any service provided by this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the 41300 platform immediately.
The 41300 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering or using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 41300 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close any account that fails to meet this requirement.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 41300 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms is considered acceptance of the latest published version.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility

- Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False information may result in immediate account closure.
- 41300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport at any time for account verification purposes.
- Verified accounts receive full access to all platform features, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions.
Password Security & Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- 41300 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Do not share your login details with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 41300 customer support immediately and change your password.
- All activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility, unless it can be proven that the access occurred without your knowledge.
Platform Usage Rules
Section 3Users of the 41300 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the services provided:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes, collect data without authorisation, or disrupt platform operations.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion with other players, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system. Any bugs discovered must be reported to the 41300 support team immediately.
- Using the platform on behalf of another person, or transferring funds between accounts to circumvent restrictions or bonus conditions.
- Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of other users.
Violating any of the above rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account without prior notice, along with forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
Payment & Transaction Information
Section 4All financial transactions on the 41300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not charge users any currency conversion fees. The key payment terms are as follows:
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, and other Malaysian local banks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen method. 41300 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the 41300 account. The recipient name must match the registered name on the account. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days in certain circumstances.
All bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms set at the time the offer is made. Wagering requirements, validity periods, and withdrawal limits on bonus winnings are stated separately for each promotion. 41300 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of the stated guidelines.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 41300 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 41300 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or remain secure at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 41300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures, service disruptions, or system errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 41300 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software interfaces, designs, and code — is the exclusive property of the 41300 platform or its licensed content providers. Users are not permitted to copy, republish, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from 41300.
Third-Party Links
The 41300 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as game software providers or payment processors. 41300 has no control over the content or policies of those third-party services and is not responsible for any loss or issues arising from their use. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of each relevant third party.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Section 6Account Suspension & Closure
41300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, failure to submit requested verification documents, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance or winnings associated with that breach may be voided. Legitimate balances will be processed for withdrawal once the review is complete.
Changes to Terms
41300 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the latest version. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 41300 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
